Invitation to submit proposals for research grants

With effect from 2010, the SMF has discontinued its scholarships scheme and will instead channel its funds to support small scale research projects, with duration from 1 to 3 years, in the following areas:

1.       Pedagogy and Learning/Special Needs Education

Funding level of each project is up to $250,000

2.       Ageing/Palliative Care

Funding level of each project is up to $250,000

3.       Non-Medical Bio-science (e.g. Food Aquaculture or Horticulture)

Funding level of each project is up to $400,000
